Cancellations, Order Change 

Shipping Policy

It takes approximately 15 business days for all domestic* orders to be shipped. Once your custom piece is finished and checked by our in-house QA team we then we ship it 3-day select, In the event your time was delayed, or materials were unavailable, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.  Please take into account production time when calculating arrivals.

Exchange Policy

We strive to do our best, however, if there is an error on your order complete the following steps within 7 days of receiving your product:
Please complete the following steps:

1. Email us any time at info@tailoredjewels.com with your full name and order name to alert us of a product error.

2. Tailored Jewels Customer Service personnel will assess the error and send you a Merchandise Return Authorization form for you to print and include in your return shipment. We will issue you a complimentary electronic return label to ship your order.

3. The product must be returned complete with all original items, instructions, packing materials and in its original

box.

4. After we have received the physical item, please allow up to 20 days for us to process your exchange, remake your hand-finished piece and to ship it to you. (Replacement products will only be produced when the original product is returned. Items must be returned within 10 days of contacting our customer service department).

Refund Policy

  • Here at Tailored Jewels we pride ourselves on top quality product both in materials and engraving. In the event that we have not met these standards we would be happy to fix your product free of charge. If after we have attempted to resolve the issue and you are still unsatisfied we can accept returns on a case by case basis. Any requests for refunds or returns must be received within 7 days of receiving your product.
  • All returns and refunds will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
    Cancellation and Edits/Changes to your order Policy

All of the Tailored Jewels merchandise is unique and made to order. We recommend double checking your order before you submit it! You may cancel or edit your order up to 24 hours after it was placed.
1. To cancel or change your order Please notify our customer service team via email at info@tailoredjewels.com.

2. For edits: A Tailored Jewels Service Agent will record the changes for you and send you a confirmation email when it has been completed.

3. For cancellations: A Tailored Jewels Service Agent will refund your card for the order and cancel the item from being put into production. You will be notified when the card has been refunded. Cancellations outside of the 72 hour window are subject to a 20% restocking fee and are reviewed on a case by case basis.
Replacements/returns/exchanges/refunds will not be granted if we are not responsible for the product error. when the product is sent back for replacement, we will cover the shipping cost both ways, only if the product error is due to our mistake.

Notify us at help@tailoredjewels.com before returning/exchanging your product. Items returned without speaking to a customer service agent will not be accepted.
